Frankie serves as a lobbyist for the firm?s government relations team. When the State Legislature is not in session, Frankie aids in legal research and other work on the firm matters. She received a B.A in Political Science and a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Minnesota in 2016. Prior to joining Rice, Michels & Walther, Frankie worked for Redmond Associates and for Minnesota?s Second Congressional District during the 2018 elections. Frankie grew up in Saint Paul and in her free time she is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with family and friends trying out restaurants and coffee shops in the Twin Cities.
