For more than twenty years, Ms. Walther has represented both management and labor in all areas of labor and employment law, including discipline, discharge, breach of contract, FMLA, and employment discrimination claims (including race, gender, age, religion, disability, national origin and sexual orientation). Ms. Walther also investigates complaints of employee misconduct and conducts training for employer clients. In addition to her employment practice, Ms. Walther also handles a wide variety of other litigation, including personal injury defense and constitutional law. Ms. Walther has practiced before the state and federal district and appellate courts, as well as federal, state and local civil rights agencies. Ms. Walther has been a frequent speaker on both employment and constitutional law. She has been selected as a Super Lawyer for several years running.
